I lost 5 lbs just taking this thing up the stairs to our bedroom and putting it together. That's the hard part.Hopefully it would get me to lost a few more. After the assembly things seem to be OK. The only problem with the LCD screen is that it's hard to look at it without a light behind you. A usb connector to plug in an led light would help.
